BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
      Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute Certificates of Consideration and other necessary documents, and to accept deeds for property interests needed for the Loudon Avenue Sidewalk Project.
      Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $5,000.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to property owners, plus usual and appropriate closing costs, all from account #3160-303202-91714 at the time of closing.
      Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
