BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Urban County Government hereby ratifies the Mayor's prior execution of an Agreement with the Cabinet for Health and Family Services, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to accept $75,150.00 in Federal funds for the Kentucky Opioid Response Effort, in order to support the Community Paramedicine Program.
Section 2 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute any necessary documents related to these funds.
