BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Amendment No. Two (2) to the Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with the Lexington-Fayette County Health Department, amending the language to allow reimbursements for Non-Medicaid services from May - June 2017 for the Home Network Project also known as the Kentucky Health Access Nurturing Development Services (HANDS) at the Family Care Center, at no additional cost to the Urban County Government.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
