Section 1 - That the bid of Worldwide Equipment, establishing a price contract for CNG Cab & Chassis for Refuse Vehicles, for the Division of Facilities and Fleet Management, be and hereby is accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bid, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
