(1) Accepting and approving the following bids and establishing price contracts for the following depts. or divs. as to the specifications and amount set forth in the terms of the respective bids:
(a) Div. of Facilities - Asbestos Project Monitoring - 48-2026 - Applegate Environmental Inspections & Consulting, Inc.;
(b) Div. of Parks and Recreation - Sports Courts Repair - 47-2026 - Tennis Technology, Inc.; and,
(c) Div. of Police - Portable Radio Earpieces - 39-2026 - Holzberg Communications Inc and Software Information Resource Corporation.
(2) Accepting and approving the following vendors as sole source providers:
(a) Div. of Waste Management - Municipal Equipment - Parts, equipment, supplies and services for WM Loan-A-Box dumpster repairs.
