BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Division of Computer Services is authorized to purchase ongoing storage of publicly accessible data from Amazon Web Services, a sole source provider, at a cost not to exceed $120,000.00, and the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute any necessary agreement with Amazon Web Services, related to the procurement.
Section 2 -That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
