BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to the amendment, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the Non-Motorized Grad Crossing License Agreement with R.J. Corman RailRd. Company/Central Kentucky Line originally authorized by Resolution 533-2018, amending said Agreement to reflect the addition of a pedestrian crossing as part of the Town Branch Corridor Project.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed $64,862.60, be and hereby is approved for payment to R.J. Corman RailRd. Company/Central Kentucky Line from account #3160-303202-3225-90313 pursuant to the terms of the Non-Motorized Grad Crossing License Agreement, as amended.
