The grant requires a minimum 20% cost share by the grant recipient. The grant provides funds to continue the stream project initiated in the FY 2013 grant which included the design and construction of improvements related to a 240 linear foot section of Todds Road Tributary. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, awarding a Class A (Neighborhood) Incentive Grant to Brighton Woods Association, Inc., for Stormwater Quality Projects.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed $40,834.40, be and hereby is approved for payment to Brighton Woods Association, Inc., from account # 4052 - 303204 - 78112, pursuant to the terms of the agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
