BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute Change Order No. 1, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the Agreement with Tribute Contracting & Consultants, LLC, for the Blenheim Way Sewer Project, decreasing the Contract price by the sum of $140,380.57, from $999,451.00 to $859,070.43, to delete bid items that were not necessary to complete the Project.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
