BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute a Services Agreement with Rave Wireless, Inc. d/b/a Rave Mobile Safety, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to provide software, training, and implementation services related to the E911 system for a period of up to five (5) years, subject to sufficient funds being appropriated in future fiscal years.
