BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the following Probationary Civil Service Appointment made by the Mayor, be and hereby is ratified:
Viola Howard, Administrative Specialist, Grade 110N, $19.782 hourly, in the Division of Parks and Recreation, effective December 10, 2012.
Evelyn Bologna, Deputy Director Recreation, Grade 120E, $3,399.04 bi weekly, in the Division of Parks and Recreation, effective November 19, 2012.
Daro Handy, Public Service Worker Sr., Grade 107N, $13.360 hourly, in the Division of Parks and Recreation, effective October 22, 2012.
Section 2 - That the following Unclassified Civil Service Appointments made by the Mayor be and hereby are ratified:
