BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the selection of AU Associates as the developer for the Southend Park Village Housing Development as part of the Newtown Pike Extension Project be and hereby is approved.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
