BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute an amendment to the Administrative Services Agreement with Anthem Health Plans of Kentucky, Inc. (Blue Cross Blue Shield), to adjust administrative fees and services related to Health Insurance Plans PPO 1, PPO 2, HSA 1, and HSA 2.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
