BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute Change Order No. 1, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the consultant services Agreement with Brandstetter Carroll, Inc., for the Replacement Fire Station #2 Design Project, decreasing the contract price by the sum of $44,500.00 from $365,504.00 to $321,004.00.

                     Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
