BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Department of Social Services be and hereby is authorized to utilize God's Pantry Food Bank as a sole source provider for the Summer Feeding Food Box Distribution Program and the Mobile Backpack Distribution Program.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $52,600.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to God's Pantry Food Bank, from account # 1101-606101-71299, for the above services.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
