BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to accept a Grant from the Kentucky Office of Homeland Security in the amount of $59,500.00 in Federal funds, for the purchase of self-contained breathing apparatus for the Division of Fire and Emergency Services' Special Operations Teams, the acceptance of which does not obligate the Urban County Government to the expenditure of funds.
