BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the Agreement with Kentucky Underground Storage, Inc., which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference, for continued offsite storage of records, which allows for the housing, cataloguing, and retrieval of records while maintaining compliance with the set retention schedules.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $3,000.00 in FY27 and $3,000.00 in FY28, be and hereby is approved for payment to Kentucky Underground Storage, Inc., from account # 1101-123001-71208, pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, and contingent upon sufficient funds being appropriated by future Council.
