Summary
Authorization to execute a Football Franchise Agreement between LFUCG and the Ravens Youth Football Organization. The term of the Agreement shall be for an initial term of one (1) year commencing on the date of execution. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the Facility Usage Agreement, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Lexington Ravens Youth Football Organization Corporation, Granting the league the right to use Constitution Football Field and related facilities, for the for its regular season and practice times, in accordance with the terms of the Facility Usage Agreement.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
