BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute an Agreement (RFP No. 110-2023), attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Hinkle Construction Services, LLC, for construction costs related to the Squires Road and Wilson Downing Sidewalk Projects.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $1,764,435.25, be and hereby is approved for payment to Hinkle Construction Services, LLC, from account #3160-303202-3251-91714 ($1,329,815.94) and #3160-303202-3251-91715 ($434,619.31).
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
