BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Division of Water Quality, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to purchase Flowserve WWR Rotating Assembly Replacement Parts for Dewatering Pump #1 at the Town Branch Wastewater Treatment Plant from Delaney & Associates, a sole source provider.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $27,668, be and hereby is approved for payment to Delaney & Associates from account #4002-303402-91017, pursuant to the terms of the purchase requisition.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
