BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Division of Emergency Management/911, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to purchase equipment for the emergency advisory radio system, from Information Station Specialists, Inc.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $42,080.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Information Station Specialists, Inc., from federal grant funds, account # 3200-505201-96468.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
