BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the Amendment to the Consultant Services Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Brandstetter Carroll, Inc., for architectural and engineering design services for the new Fire Station #24, increasing the contract price from $60,300.00 to $384,111.00.
Section 2 - That an amount not to exceed the sum of $323,811.00 be and hereby is approved for payment to Brandstetter Carroll, Inc., from account 2607-505704-5742-90511, pursuant to the terms of the Amendment to the Consultant Services Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
