BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the following Permanent Classified Civil Service Appointments made by the Mayor, be and hereby are ratified:
Phillip Smith, Street Sweeper, Grade 515N, $23.638 hourly in the Division of Streets and Roads, effective February 25, 2026.
Randy Rosanbalm, Producer, Grade 518N, $27.364 hourly in the Division of Government Communications, effective March 8, 2026.
Section 2 - That these personnel actions shall become effective on the date described in each item.
