Summary
Authorization to abolish one (1) classified position of Budget Analyst Sr. (Grade 521E) and create one (1) classified position of Budget Analyst (Grade 519E) in the Division of Budgeting. The request for this action is to create a position of Budget Analyst to allow the division to have a path for personnel and a path for operating and some continuity within the office. In addition to assisting with personnel, this position would also perform work on long range forecasts and financial analysis. The fiscal impact for FY2015 will not be affected due to there not being any pay periods left for this fiscal year. The impact for FY 2016 will be a decrease of $15,292.00 in personnel costs.
