BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to approve and adopt Substantial Amendments to the 2018, 2019, and 2020 Annual Action Plans, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, in order to reallocate federal Community Development Block Grant funds in the amount of $50,000.00 to the Isaac Murphy Memorial Art Garden for the installation of a shade structure.
Section 2 -That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
