BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Urban County Council hereby ratifies the Department of Law's execution, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government and subject to the approval of the Kentucky Public Service Commission, of a unanimous Settlement Agreement, Stipulation and Recommendation, and any other necessary settlement documents in Kentucky Public Service Commission Case No. 2012-00212, pertaining to the rates of the Kentucky Utilities Company.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
