A Resolution authorizing and directing the Mayor, on behalf of the Urban County Government, to accept a Grant from the Jessamine County Fiscal Court, which Grant funds are in the amount of $10,000, for the support of personnel and operating costs in the Lexington Area Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) for Jessamine County, the acceptance of which does not obligate the Urban County Government to the expenditure of funds, authorizing the Mayor to execute any necessary Agreements with the Jessamine County Fiscal Court related to this Grant, and authorizing the Mayor to transfer unencumbered funds within the Grant Budget. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to accept a Grant from the Jessamine County Fiscal Courts, which Grant funds are in the amount of $10,000.00, for the support of personnel and operating expenses in the Lexington Area Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) for Jessamine County, the acceptance of which does not obligate the Urban County Government to the expenditure of funds, and authorizing the Mayor or her designee, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, to execute any necessary agreements with the Jessamine County Fiscal Cour...
