BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to accept donations from Prometheus Foundry, LLC, and American Industrial Contractors, LLC, valued at $12,000.00 and $90,000.00 respectively, of services for the relocation of statues of John C. Breckinridge and John Hunt Morgan.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
