BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute a certificate of consideration, and any other documents necessary, and to accept a Deed for the property located at 436 Locust Avenue, for the Meadows-Northland-Arlington Public Improvements Project.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $85,000.00, be and hereby approved for payment to the owner of the property, plus usual and appropriate closing costs, all from account #3120 - 303202 - 91713, at the time of closing.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
