BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That a proposed zone map amendment from a Mixed Use 2: Neighborhood Corridor (MU-2) zone to a Neighborhood Business (B-1) zone, for approximately 2.59 net (3.73 gross) acres at 525 De Roode Street, be and hereby is initiated for Planning Commission review and recommendation.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
