Summary
Authorization to accept a donation of personal exercise equipment. This equipment, which includes a Paramount Exercise Machine, Ab-Board and various free weights, will be utilized at the BCTC Training Academy and/or supplement the equipment currently located at the Old Frankfort Pike Police Gym Facility. The donated equipment is valued at an estimated $800. There will be no Budgetary impact. (L67-16) (Barnard/Bastin)

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to accept a donation from Mrs. Kathryn Clay of personal exercise equipment for use at the BCTC Training Academy and/or the Old Frankfort Police Gym, at no cost to the Urban County Government.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
