BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the Lease Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Bluegrass Community Health Center for a one-year term beginning on July 1, 2023, for approximately 4,788 square feet of space at the premises located at 1306 Versailles Road, and to provide an annual option to renew through June 30, 2028.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
