BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute an Amendment, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to an Agreement with Community Action Council for Lexington-Fayette, Bourbon, Harrison, and Nicholas Counties, Inc., to update the terms of the Agreement to comply with all applicable federal anti-discrimination laws.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
