Summary
Authorization to approve amendments to the Emergency Solutions Grants Program in the 2014 and 2015 Consolidated Plans reducing Homelessness Prevention funding allocated to the Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Lexington, Inc., reducing Homelessness Prevention Funds allocated to Arbor Youth Services, Inc., and reallocating these funds to the LFUCG Division of Adult and Tenant Services for Rapid Rehousing and Homelessness Prevention. Amendments are necessary because organizations have made insufficient progress toward project completion and without an amendment the LFUCG is subject to the loss of these funds.
