BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That Cummins, be and hereby is established as a sole source provider for the repair and service of Unit 08408 (2016 Peterbilt Front Loader), for the Division of Facilities and Fleet Management, and the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute any necessary Agreements with Cummins related to the repairs.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $14,492.55, be and hereby is approved for payment to Cummins from account #1115-303501-0001-76331.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
