BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the response of Clean Energy to RFP No. 37-2013, be and hereby is accepted, and the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Clean Energy to establish a Temporary Natural Gas Fueling Station and provide fuel, on a price contract basis cost not to exceed $1.21 per gasoline gallon equivalent.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
