BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute Change Order No. 1, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the Agreement with Elaine Allen, for replacement of a failed septic system and modifications to walls and ceilings associated with the Whitney Young Community Building Project, increasing the total amount by $31,219.37, raising the total Contract amount from $216,700.00 to $247,919.37.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the additional sum of $31,219.37, is hereby authorized for payment to Elaine Allen, from account # 1148-707602-91012, pursuant to the terms of Change Order No. 1.
