Section 1 - That the following subsection line numbers of Section 22-5 of the Code of Ordinances be and hereby are created to read as follows:

Section 2 - That the term for these positions shall expire on September 23, 2014.
Section 3 - That this Ordinance shall become effective upon date of passage.
