Summary
Authorization to execute Amended General Conditions of agreement with Omnisource Integrated Supply, LLC, for WebEOC coordinator services to provide for pay rate increases commensurate with those of LFUCG employees. WebEOC Coordinator is responsible for implementation, administration and training on the WebEOC software program for the ten counties that are part of the CSEPP Program. WebEOC coordinator is now responsible for additional emergency planning services. Funds have already been encumbered through prior resolutions. There is no budgetary impact. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Amended General Conditions to the Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Omnisource Integrated Supply, LLC, for Web EOC coordinator services for the Chemical Stockpile Emergency Preparedness Program (CSEPP).
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
