BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That Advanced Eco Systems, Inc., be and hereby is established as a sole source provider for the purchase of the Zumro Decontamination System for the Division of Emergency Management.
Section 2 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute any necessary agreements with Advanced Eco Systems, Inc., related to the procurement of the Zumro Decontamination System.
Section 3 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $72,073.13, be and hereby is approved for payment to Advanced Eco Systems, Inc., from account #3200-505201-96705- CSEPP_2019-KY-FAY-468 ($39,656.00), from account #3200-505201-96705- CSEPP_2020-KY-FAY-468 ($4,546.14), and from account #3200-505201-96705- CSEPP_2020 - KY-FAY-456 ($27,870.99), pu...
