BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the bid of Ely Electric, LLC, in the amount of $21,965.88, for Relocation of Electrical Panel, for the Department of General Services, be and hereby is accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bid, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
