Summary
Authorization to amend the current Agreement with Tyler Technologies that is detailed in Resolution 598-2017. The attached amendment voids an earlier Tyler invoice of $238,443.67. It also outlines the cost of maintenance upon “go-live” of the new software as well as the maintenance cost of legacy Tyler software already in use by E911 and Lexington Police. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the amendment to an agreement (598-2017), which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Tyler Technologies, for amending maintenance costs upon “go-live” at no budgetary impact.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
