BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the following subSection line number in the Unclassified Civil Service authorized strength be and hereby is amended to read as follows:
030.050 2 105 516N Administrative Specialist
Section 2 - That the following subSection line number in the Unclassified Civil Service authorized strength be and hereby is created to read as follows:
260.050 1 105 516N Administrative Specialist
Section 3 - That the incumbent to the position of Administrative Specialist, Bradley Kruse-Diehr, be and hereby is transferred from the Office of the Mayor to the Division of Revenue, at his respective current pay grade and rate of pay.
Section 4 - That this Ordinance shall become effective upon passage of Council.
