BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That Section 2 of Ordinance No. 57-2014 be and hereby is amended to read as follows:
That the following subsection line numbers of Section 21-5(2) of the Code of Ordinances be and hereby is amended to read as follows:
720.053 16 623 113N Heavy Equipment Technician
Section 2 - That the remainder of Ordinance No. 57-2014 shall be unchanged.
Section 3 - That this Ordinance shall become effective upon date of passage.
