BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the agreements, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference with YMCA of Central KY, Lafayette High School Women’s Basketball Team, The Friends of the Kentucky Theatre, Friends of Wolf Run, Inc., and Athens-Chilesburg PTA, for the Office of the Urban County Council.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sums stated, be and hereby is approved for payment to YMCA of Central KY ($500.00), Lafayette High School Women’s Basketball Team ($575.00), The Friends of the Kentucky Theatre ($2,100.00), Friends of Wolf Run, Inc.
