BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute Contract Modification No. 2 with EA Partners, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, increasing the Contract price by $39,295.00, for design services related to the Town Branch Trail Crossing, raising the total Contract price from $91,600.00 to $130,895.00.
Section 2 - That amount, not to exceed the sum of $39,295.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to EA Partners from account # 3160-303202-3225-90313, pursuant to the terms of Contract Modification No. 2.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
