Summary
Authorization to execute an Amendment to the Agreement regarding a radio tower lease for the Public Safety radio system. The WVRB radio tower site is under new ownership, therefore, Educational Media Foundation (EMF) is now listed as the property owner/landlord of the property with whom LFUCG leases space. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Agreement amendment, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Educational Media Foundation, for radio tower lease.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $21,920.16, be and hereby is approved for payment to Educational Media Foundation, from account # 1101-505602-71399.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
