WHEREAS, LFUCG and the Downtown Lexington Corporation d/b/a Downtown Lexington Partnership previously entered into a Purchase of Service Agreement, dated May 1, 2024 and authorized pursuant to Resolution #205-2024, at a cost of $10,000.00; and
WHEREAS, the services under the previous Contract were not provided, and LFUCG now desires to utilize the $10,000.00 previously provided to the Downtown Lexington Corporation d/b/a Downtown Lexington Partnership and an additional $15,000.00 from FY 2026 as payment under the current Purchase of Service Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
