BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to approve a Housing Rehabilitation Loan for Hazel Brown under the Housing Single Family Rehabilitation Program, acknowledging a potential conflict of interest and to request an exception of the conflict of interest rule from the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
