Summary
Authorization to accept all bid responses submitted for RFQ #13-2026 for the Parks and Recreation Indefinite Services Contract for professional service prequalification, which will allow for indefinite service for design and engineering. It will allow quicker execution of hiring consultants and for Budgeting of phased work such as a preliminary design that can move into design and construction more efficiently. No Budgetary impact.
